It was gone....his whole Earth, the people, the animals it was all gone. Harrison Wells knew the emotion would hit him like a truck soon enough, but for right now all he could do was keep walking. One foot in front of the other. One step at a time Harry forced himself through the breach to the only place that felt safe.
He hits the ground once he clears the breach. He's tired, hungry and he's pretty sure that he's hurt somewhere. But Harry doesn't care because all he can focus on is his grief. His whole world is gone and he has no idea what he is going to do next.
Cisco is there waiting, because of course he is. There's a reason he has an alert set up for whenever the breach in the basement is used, after all. He's got a grin on his face that disappears almost immediately as Harry drops to his knees. He looks like he's barely conscious, and there are stains on his shirt that look alarmingly like blood.
"Harry?" He nearly runs down the short staircase, crouching down to grip Harry's shoulders. "Harry, talk to me."
Harry looks up and it's clear he isn't completely there because his eyes
seem far away almost like he is still processing what just happened. It
takes him a second or two to realize who is in front of him. "It's gone
Cisco," he manages to mumble. The fact that he isn't using a snarky
nickname should be a clear sign he is not okay. "It's all gone." Just then
he realizes something and tries to stand up in a panic. "Jesse....where is
Jesse.....she needs to know."
"Gone?" he echoes, clearly not following. "What's gone, Harry?" Cisco curses under his breath as he shifts to help Harry stay on his feet. "Talk to me, man. What's going on?" If he'd just come from Earth-2, why would he know something that Jesse didn't? Cisco's pretty out of the loop here.
Harry looks up his face stricken by grief. "Earth 2 it's gone," he said
softly, "the whole thing it's gone." He starts shaking at the memories,
some of them so horrifying he might be sick just thinking about them.
"There was barely any warning," he adds, "I don't know who has that kind of
power."
