Harry looks up and it's clear he isn't completely there because his eyes seem far away almost like he is still processing what just happened. It takes him a second or two to realize who is in front of him. "It's gone Cisco," he manages to mumble. The fact that he isn't using a snarky nickname should be a clear sign he is not okay.
